On the nose! This was after some fasted cardio this morning since I won’t have time to gym tonight, so tomorrow will be an upswing, but that’s ok because I broke my plateau by sticking it out and that’s all that matters! 2.5 lbs until my first reward meal!!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 59.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week

There was some discussion about fasted cardio in a thread yesterday that was interesting. Are you doing it for a reason?

It’s really just the way I do it when I have limited time to squeeze in a workout in the morning. I go through the workout without water either, so that I see what the sweat loss is after the workout. Today, the sweat loss was 1.3 lbs (I woke up at 221.3, then did my workout which brought me down to 220). I found this has positives and negatives, but has worked nicely for me to break through plateaus in the past.
