Diet Break Day #10

AM weigh in. 8.5 hrs sleep (woke up and couldn't go back to sleep, this was really about 5 hrs).

3 lb steak = about 3 lb gain. Lower calories next 2 days to balance it out.
283.8 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
