Dissappointed I only lost a pound. But I still am munching at night so go figure. Even though I started a thirty minute power walk. But I am not giving up. I like how the added exercise has made me feel.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's what I try to focus on, too. Sometimes i have a problem motivating myself to get moving, but then I think of how good I feel afterwards (and how much better I sleep when I do). :) Keep going!
