My trainer says I need to put on weight. so I am going to use this platform to go up until he says stop and time to cut back. Lost too much muscle tone while recovering and lost too much weight. So here we go people...i need at LEAST 2000 call per day.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
