Managed to stay 75 calories under my target calories for a rest day yesterday. I did two sets of weights targeting 12 muscle groups. Today's morning weight shows a 1.2 lb loss. Today will be bike day on the trainer. Planning on 1hr 45min if my energy level holds out.
205.4 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
