omigosh, i haven't seen a 225 in what feels like a decade. my weight history may look like a straight line, but it is going down, just slowly... which is how it should go down. I keep thinking of the mantra "I didn't put it on overnight, it's not coming off overnight" and as long as I remember that, I should be okay. I miss being thin and being able to run around. now I get winded doing 30 minutes of tae bo with billy blanks. maybe next week I'll be under 225, that would be so awesome... it was my goal last month, but I can totally do it this month...
