I just thought that I would let all my FS buddies know that I’m still here and doing fine and feeling happy. I‘m maintaining my weight and exercising daily. Wishing everyone well and keeping track of all of you.

Thanks for the help - Gug - with my attempt to change my weight history on my profile.
I scrolled down far enough to see that my weight history includes the time period during which I followed what I called "Cobra Fan's Own Diet." That meal plan was a mix of everything from Weight Watchers to Slim Fast!
I have decided to leave the chart as it is: maybe my sticking to Phase I of South Beach will reveal a visible drop on the chart. Thanks again! Cobra Fan
