Yesterday I fell off the proverbial wagon.
I have gone off plan a few times, but not like this.
It didnt taste good, I feel horrible physically, and depressed for doing it. It was a binge.

My plan is to remember these things, eat good things that nourish my body well, and recover.
238.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 108.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You need to just dust yourself off and hold your head high, we've all had slip ups and you just need to forget about it and move foward. I know what you are saying about not feeling good, when I have done that, I felt blah the next few days until it all got out of my system. Then I realized how healthy I really was eating and that's why I felt so icky afterwards. Today is a new day and I bet you will do great!!
