I'm getting close to my pre-Christmas weight.

I'm looking forward to getting below 220# , then 210# etc.

My joints will thank me once I break through 200#.
Ultimate goal being 175 so I can maintain mobility flexibility and range of motion
222.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
