I'll take it. Actually managed to be up and about most of the day. Hooray for a med combo that seems to be working. My appetite is more stable, I'm back to healthy meals and snacks. Now I have to get back to logging my meals and start getting some exercise.

Happily I do feel more optimistic about my overall health than I have in a while. I owe this to the mental health program I just completed. I've suffered from anxiety since I was very young and depression for a few years now, I finally got into a treatment program. I met some wonderful people there who get how I feel and add so much to my support system. They encourage me and I encourage them, they text just to check in.

I just want to take a moment in case there's someone like me out there who needs to hear it. If you think you may need help, please get it. Don't put it off. Whether you're depressed, have anxiety, even of you have self esteem issues, there is help out there. You are not alone, you have value, you are amazing.
249.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
