Recovery weight from last weigh in. I consider this a win since my weight shot up and down, worst being 173. Next mini goal is 160.

Cutting back on number of v8 drinks-aka vegetable juice
This is,the big one- boyfriend making pre made,dinners for me/ real food, not processed food
Cutting back on number of sweetarts being eating at work
Logging food as accurate as possible, the more accurate on calorie count the better
Off for 4 days so I am expecting a good weight loss to start the Month of April on Monday😎☺
