Happily surprised I did not go up even more! I have not been longing and only halfway sticking to my Positive healthy eating habits. I’m hoping I can stick with FatSecret and continue in the good direction. It’s an effort! But well worth it.
204.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
