help!!! keto folks need advice.... think im doing right and not in ketosis...... wth..... losing my mind. what can I do?
238.8 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A little bit more info maybe. How do you know you are not in ketosis? Are you measuring with something?

Yes. I've been using ketone test strips. They are showing negative

Strips are not always accurate. The most important thing is to keep carbs low. Body has no option but to go in ketosis.
