ok well we are headed back down lol
I have been slacking on my workouts the last couple weeks so my goal this week is to pick it up again. maybe that's why my scale has been creeping up this week 🤷‍♀️
257.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 March 2019:
1683 kcal Fat: 85.92g | Prot: 84.67g | Carb: 144.58g.   Breakfast: Egg, O'Doughs Bagel Thins, Great Value Caramel Cappuccino Mix, Kroger Salted Butter, Egg White. Lunch: Green Giant French Style Green Beans, Land O'Lakes Salted Butter, White Rice, Pork (Lean and Fat Eaten). Dinner: Pace Picante Medium Salsa, Croutons, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Wal-Mart Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other: Kroger Orange Cream Bar. more...

Debbie, Don't fret about missing an exercise session or two. I my view, you can't lose significant amounts of weight with exercise. When you lose weight, your previous body appears flabby with skin wrinling and hanging. The role of exercise is 3 fold; 1. to add muscle tone so that those skin changes fade away,2. increase flexibility, 3. release brain endorphins to elevate your mood...make you a happier person. Unfortunately, the only way to lose weight is to decrease caloric intake. I suggest entering the food you are about to eat into your Fat Secret diary rather than after meals. This will focus your discipline. My personal enemy is allowing for the evening dinner. Lastly, don't beat yourself up after making an error. Get on that "horse" tomorrow and try not having 2 "error" days in a row. YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL.

Fred, I agree eating is the key and I like to plan my whole day before breakfast, its easier and no surprises. Also I would add 4. Exercise helps me demonstrate healthy habits to my 4 little girls ❤
