Not sure why there is a weight loss...I've been drinking too much beer and going over my RDI...maybe I was retaining water for the previous weigh in?? Too much sodium?? Who knows...but I'm pretty happy with the 210.8lbs, I don't really remember being this light...YAY ME!!

210.8 lb Lost so far: 56.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
