It's been quite awhile since my last weigh in. I have been very disappointed that I have not been able to stay on a steady exercise pattern. The only real exercise I was getting was walking/jogging on the treadmill. I have problems with one foot that I was told by my doctors that I needed to stop using the treadmill and it was making it worse. I really didn't have time for anything else. I finally decided to suck up the pain if it worsens again and I started the treadmill every other day and the exercise bands in between. It's worked out pretty well so far. So, hopefully now that I'm off during the summer I will be able to get my booty moving. My diet is still pretty good, we try to eat healthy as a family so I'm not too worried about that. Here's to starting over again!!!
