No weigh in today. I'm off to the gym and food shopping. I'm picking up my IBS meds today(over 400.00). So I will anticipate wonderful exercise & elimination whooshies today😱😄🤣🙃😄
194.5 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
