Always Growing and Learning's Journal, 19 June 2008

Still working on it though am finding it hard to keep up my food journal. Have had real carb cravings lately.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

hang in there, it is coming...do you track solely online or do you have a backup plan? I always carry a little tracking sheet with me so even if I dont get to the computer right away, I am not depending on my memory to track it for me...just a tip that has really helped me...but have faith in yourself..you can do it, you have done so well, don't let this bump in the road throw you off!

I track with a WW paper journal. I found the on line tracking quite time consuming. Thanks for the positive words.
