This appears to be the week I get scale results for all the work I’ve done over the last month. I’ll take it!

Another observation... my weight drops on carb days. It’s definitely CICO that works for me.
256.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
