spent a good amount of time yesterday going to the bathroom and passing gas. this morning woke up to this drop. so I feel that I really didn't gain mo weight back it was just all part of the flare up. so feeling better today. I had no energy the last 2 days, very lethargic. this morning is good so far.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 86.5 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
