Awesome. I have a total of a 4 pound cushion for today. I would never recommend doing this... cheating a little on the first day of Phase 3... but it's the only way to have my friends not think I've gone completely crazy haha... and to reward my boyfriend for doing so well during his first round.
I will be vigilant tho. My only cheat will be small amounts of sugar in the hoisin sauce... and small amounts of starch in the pancake wraps for the duck.
