2# loss over the day. After dinner before my bath. Posting just to show that a 4-5# gain overnight is NOT fat. It was water pure and simple. Because I’ve not drank enough so my body is/was storing it. I’ll drop some more once I start drinking 3-4 bottles a day again.

Anyone new seeing this... don’t be afraid of some gains. Only get worried when the scale keeps climbing and make sure you are logging food and calories accurately. Your body can hold on to several pounds of water when it’s worried you won’t get enough to function lol. (I say my body gets mad and then gets even)
120.0 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
