so been having alot of problems with my insides lately. Lactose intolerance, ibs, gerd and gastritis. 2 weeks ago I had a horrible flare up and my weight shot up to 269. so 262 this morning is great. still having some issues but seem to b so much better. I have learned fiber is not my friend. I have a meds that help with everything else. but Brussel sprouts and stuff like that hate me lol. I sure love them though. so maybe in moderation. Have been reading up on my issues and plan to change doctors.
262.1 lb Lost so far: 84.4 lb.    Still to go: 62.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
