Back to reality !! and only a moderate weight loss this week. I think from here on in my weight loss will be a lot slower. Thank you for all those positive comments for last week.

Fell to the temptation of eating chips, snacks and biscuits - especially late in the evening when watching TV just before going to bed.

I think I need a night time supper which fills me up - which is none fattening and low carbs - any suggestions??
216.5 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I eat a lot of protien and veg for dinner. I keep it quite simple, roast chicken and pork chops are easy. I try and eat around 7 in the evening and eat till i'm full! If i am still hungry later on whilst watching t.v. i'll snack on cheese, pickles and nuts. You've lost 26lb, which is amazing! You must be doing it right!

what are you having for breaky and lunches? Breaky is my WORST. Have had small steak and eggs or omlette or scrambled eggs but so want a yoghert! Can do with some help from a pro here! Good on you!
