so I haven't really tracked this week, I've had company and been very busy. still even when I wasnt actually counting calories and logging every bite I didn't go to crazy off the rails and I'm happy to not see a huge gain! anyways company is gone and it's back to tracking every bite so I can see some more loss.
256.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
