I thought I felt lighter. I can't believe it 12 pounds! That's insane!

I did learn a lesson yesterday. I waited to run with a neighbor who was late from work and didn't run. I then had an evening activity and did nothing yesterday. I won't rely on that again.

138.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
