Been a bit up and down lately. Have hormonal problems that brings cravings and moods and stress....and Im a stress eater....so the fact that Im down at all and not up actually really surprises me!
139.3 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
