Still 232, did I mention I went up to 247 though since last weigh in. I am considering the Fat Smash Diet. I am going to do some research first. I found that going through periods of not eating meat and just vegetables helped alot I actually did this for two weeks with ease and lost the majority of the weight I gained. I have been stonger at work so that helps also just getting through weekends have always been rough for me.
