Im starting to think that jump in calories on 1st March from 1600 to 1900 calories was not a jump but rather an optimistic leaaaaap!

The signs are presenting that i may need to go down to 1700 or 1750 calories, but will ride it out till Friday and see what the result is first.
331.1 lb Lost so far: 70.5 lb.    Still to go: 84.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
