Well - It appears that my 7lb weight loss was due to water loss from the exercise I did. I only lost 3lb. That makes a total of 5lb so far this week. It is still a good weight loss week - I still have 2 days to go.

I have to switch diets at the end of this week. I feel that doing the cabbage diet, 3 times in a month, is too much. I need to make sure I stay healthy. I plan to return again, maybe in a month.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
