So I fell off the bandwagon three weeks ago. I only gained back 2-3 lbs depending on the day. My diet has been horrible and I can feel it. I feel like a big huge tub of lard. I feel like I sweat Krispy Kreme glaze. So today I got back on. I'm back on Atkins. I quit soda (I noticed that I started breaking out again.) I went to the pool tonight planning on swimming for an hour. 30 minutes later I called it quits. I'm REALLY out of shape. This time last year I was 150ish. I went to the gym and lost 5lbs. A couple months ago I changed up my diet and lost 9.5lbs. Here I am sitting on 137lbs of gushy ass and thighs and NO MORE! This time its the diet AND the working out.
No more muffins on my plate OR coming out the top of my jeans!
136.7 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

you sound like me, I go for it all for 2-3 weeks then I just quit. My problem is a family that likes all the junky stuff. I have a weakness for Red wine and sweets. As soon as I notice results, I fall off the wagon. I have really got to do this. I was at 152 in may I think I am at 156 now. Hey have you tired the Spartacus workout? ITs aesome! Google it I burn tons of cals. Its hard but really works and fast too!
