Well i weighed myself last night and was pleased but not that please. I wanted to loose at least five pounds but somehting is better than nothing.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Three pounds is alot more than you think. Pick up a 3 pound weight and see how heavy it is. Any loss is a good loss. You are off to a great start! Great job!
