Disappointed with today's weight loss but that's my own fault. I went out yesterday with some friends and ended up having a couple of beers. Next time I'll stick with water. I did good at dinner, I only ate half a ceasar salad with grilled chicken and very little dressing. In fact, one of my girlfriends made the comment that I had great will power. I'm not to sure about that. Still fighting my two biggest weaknesses - sweets and carbohydrates.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Every loss is a step in the right direction. It doesn't matter how much or how fast. This journey is hard enough without the added pressure of time limits.
