I went to the fair on Monday and generally had a fun 4th of July weekend. Of course that meant I also ate/drank too much. A little frustrated that the weight isn't coming off any faster. I went to a spin class yesterday and my sit bones are hurting today plus it's rainy so I really want to nap.

Strategy for this week: Keep trying to drink more water. Have protein/fiber shakes for breakfast and right before I go home for dinner--seems like nights and weekends crush my calorie count.

Anyone have any tips for eating with husbands at dinner and on weekends? Anyone have much success with the meal replacement shakes? The one I'm using is called Metabolic Reset from Whole foods.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
