Hi George I’m also a George I started at 385 and over 15 months have dropped to 292, sometimes it comes off so slowly you wonder why! But the trip is well worth it, knees and feet feel better got off diabetes meds and overall feel good! Be strong and stick with your program!🙏👍🥓
