I think my skills wrong! It is a very nice drop and I hope that it stays the same tomorrow. I have been doing everything right but that’s a huge drop. Things that make you go mmmmm.
198.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
