I've actually lost weight, but I haven't weighed in on here in a long time. I'd gained a total of 16 pounds so I'm down a pound from that. :-\
186.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
