I started on Janurary 29. As of March 2 I have lost about 20 pounds. I'm not much of a meat eater so I have pretty much stuck to Phase one for the most part. I go to curves about 5-6 times per week and have seen some results. From Jan 26- Feb 19 i have lost 4.50 inches and a little over 1% body fat. I'm pretty picky when it comes to food, so I'm looking for some recipes that will make things a little more exciting.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is awesome, keep up the great work! If you go to Fatsmashforum.com you can find some good recipes, also look in the kitchen section of this site, there are a few there.

That is awesome! Keep up the good work. I was thinking about joining curves, but now since you said that I think I'm going to join. You have gave me some more motivation.
