Went away this weekend and didn't log BUT made some better choices such as thinking first! Ha! Thanks again to all for your ideas and support. Any cookie (crunch) or cake low carb alternative ideas?
227.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
