Complete blow out , it’s from over eating at work having access to a large range of junk food at work along with my inability to mentally block it out has caused my weight gain. I’m back to a 36 hour fast once a week and circadian fasting (no food between sunset to sunrise) to help bring it back down..
229.3 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1862 kcal Fat: 73.41g | Prot: 75.58g | Carb: 219.53g.   Breakfast: Fried Egg , Burgen Wholemeal & Seeds Bread, Boost Juice Rise and Shine. Lunch: Avocado Dip, Pancetta, Mission Wholemeal Pita Pockets. Dinner: Stir Fried Vegetables, Cauliflower Rice. Snacks/Other: Smooze Fruit Ice Coconut & Mango, Coon Tasty Cheese, Figs , Gloria Jeans Cappuccino Skim Milk (Small), Byron Bay Cookies Triple Choc Fudge Cookie. more...
