ive been doing much better... keeping up with the exercise and eating smaller portions. i havent lost any weight since last weigh in but i have lost inches.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was like that I did not understand it. How can I not lose weight (I even gained some), but I had lost on inch almost everywhere.

gaining muscle weight most likely. muscles weighs like 3 times more than fat.

I guess so because I do build muscles fairly fast. I use to run track so I already have muscular legs I want to burn the fat around them.
