I'm not sure Atkins is the way to go but I'm so damned confused by all the different diets and diet advice - maybe it doesn't matter, as long as one sticks to it.....who knows? But i've got to do something.
Ideal Protein works but i just don't want to do it....maybe as supplements. I think a low-calorie version of Atkins would be best. So...now i need to figure out an RDI calorie goal 'cause Atkins doesn't talk to you about calories.....
