Good progress. down another 1.5 pounds for a total loss this week of 4.5 for the Infinity and Beyond Challenge. WW points target is now 25.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
