Had to fight for that .4 loss today. Had my first cheat yesterday with 2 pieces of salmon sashimi since the chef loves me and my boyfriend... I'm sure all the walking we did helped tho.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
