Didnt workout! I was a bad girl! Plus I ate more to bring my calorie count up Today i went and traded in my Wii Fit cd for Wii Fit Plus so I can get more variety to my workouts. Today I feel GREAT!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WTG!! I love my Wii Fit too! I usually use mine for strength and yoga tho but do love dancing with the little Miis. I may upgrade to the plus before long.

is the wii fit thing cool ? my kids have wii and I have been entertainingthe idea but just wasnt sure....are the workouts effective?

I like the EA Active the exercises on there are a lot more indepth than the Fit is. I do like the fit for the other "fun" exercises. Hope this helps you out.
