Seem to be stuck on 229.. been there before. Need to readjust what Im eating again I think. Feel like I've been munching on everything, but am not really.. Must be portion control. Way to much peanut butter I think..
229.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
