It’s Friday, I woke up feeling like I got ran over by a truck. My arms, abs, glutes, back, hamstrings all feel. Yes they feel 😂😂😂
129.2 lb Lost so far: 45.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
