Day one. Really excited to start my first challenge and looking forward to having support to help me out. Started weighing what I eat and shocked at the difference between what I think something is and the reality.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
