ugh here it is. So frustrating that I went to a retirement celebration and passed up on an amazing slice of carrot cake and the scale is up almost 2 whole pounds. Trust the process is fine when you aren't 2 months out from a show! Looking for some strength today....
122.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
