Sunday Feb 10, 2019 completed my 5 day KETO Detox which consisted of a Soup, tuna salad, egg salad, lettuce, celery, bacon, eggs and avocado on a daily regiment.
Off to the real diet now.
P.S., I have never seen such Ketones production according to the strips I am using. They were maxed out at purple!!! I have a meter and I am going to use it starting today.
